Dear Maria,
Thank-You for coming to Westside Ministries and blessing us All, but first I would like to Thank God for you.
I was suffering in excruciating pain on the left side and right side of my stomach. Two years prior I had the same pain and was operated on from 12 prior surgeries 3 of them were C-sections. The Doctors had removed scar tissue which was attached to my intestines and liver five different area’s the doctor removed it from.
This past year on and off I had flare up’s of pain than it progressed a few months prior to you coming to California. The pain was so bad I would at times curl up in a fetal position laying in my closet praying, speaking Gods word and crying all at one time. My husband would rush me to the ER he said I was white as a ghost and had watched me go through this pain. The ER doctor said I needed to see a surgeon drugged me up and sent me on my way. I finally met with the surgeon and the first surgeon was the same that removed the scar tissue two years prior he said it was scar tissue attached to my intestines.
Every time I drank a sip of water or any food the pain would be intolerable. The surgeon said my intestine was twisting because of the attached scar tissue that was connected to the intestine. He said he needed to get in my stomach and take it down again because it grows back every couple years.
I had contacted you via Facebook to ask you to pray for me and you agreed, the entire time I knew if I could just make it until you got here that God would use you to bring my healing. While waiting for you to get here to California my husband wanted me to see another doctor/surgeon who said the same thing as the prior doctor, but said he would need to make a bigger incision and that can cause more scar tissue. I had prayed that God would give him wisdom and then he said, “let’s wait till the intestine is actually blocked you will know because you will start throwing up”. He said if the pain gets worse or if a fever manifests, then go to the ER and he will operate.
I was on strong pain medicine and it was barely helping the pain. The week you came would be my birthday week (the big 50) I asked the Lord to bring my healing for my birthday. I knew I wasn’t able to go anywhere, but my 5 yr. old was so excited to celebrate my birthday the pain eased up for most part of the day but came back. I remember having to take medicine to help with the pain. Once again, I found myself in a fetal position in my walk-in closet praying, laying in a fetal position only this time I heard the devil tell me to “get the gun that was 4 shelves above my head and take my life”, a spirit of suicide had oppressed me. I layed there and rebuked the devil what felt like forever, I kept praying then my 5 yr. old walked in the closet and said, “Mommy, oh no your stomach is hurting so bad again”. I felt so bad she had to see me in all the pain. The devil tried to convince me to take my life, but praise God I recognized where it was coming from. It was a Friday night the pain had eased up just enough to get me to church. I drove myself there told my husband, “I know God is going to heal me”, He looked at me like I was crazy, but during service Maria asked me if I was having pain I said, “yes”. She asked me to come forward and prayed for me the pain resided greatly , but it wasn’t all the way gone. When she laid hands on me I was on the floor shaking which never happened before, different parts of my body shaking at different time. I got laughter and think I laughed the rest of the service ended up drunk in the spirit. The next night I was still having pain Maria prayed again and it COMPLETELY left! I have been pain free ever since! Praise God for my healing, God is so faithful and I thank God for bringing Maria as she didn’t want me leaving there without my healing. God knew who to send at the right time. I told her God brought her there just for me lol! Thank You for your Obedience and Love you always bring with you when you come!
