May 17, 2013..

This testimony begins much like hundreds of thousands of others only in that it has to do with the initial loss of income, which lead to bankruptcy and what I thought was to be the loss of my home by foreclosure. I was set for that. I had accepted it.

Through all of the procedures, paperwork, ups and downs I always kept the peace of God within me and my faith was strong. Then a very anointed, favored, and greatly blessed woman of God, Maria Magruder, came and spoke a God breathed word based out of Leviticus 26:4.The Word was about this being our “due season”. Due season for all that has been stolen from us by the enemy. Our season of retoration of all things. Our season of all that has been planted. This restoration is dependant on not just our faith for it, but more importantly on what we speak during this season. I have chosen to speak prosperity in all things. This was a word of impartation and I caught it!

From that moment on amazing God things began to happen. After the bankruptcy the mortgage company sent paperwork for the foreclosure. Four weeks later they asked if I would consider doing a short sale, in which I would receive $1,000. I did another weeks work of paperwork and when I took into the realtor, she said “About the short sale, the market has recently gone up and you don’t qualify for a short sale now. She said we have to do a conventional sale and It looks like you will receive about $400 after everything including back payments and the entire loan are paid. I was elated because my heart was to pay off the loan not to short sale it. Within 30 hours of the house going on the market we received 11 offers, nine of which were $10,000 higher than the asking price, one was $25,000 higher. At this point I was in great awe of what God was doing. All I could say was thank you Lord, thank you Father, Papa. The house appraised
10,000 over the asking price. The sale concluded with everyone paid. the loan, the arrears, the realtors. I received enough money to pay off my car and of course to pay my tithe.

To God goes all the glory and praise and honor and all the love that is within me. God’s Word is the living truth. Embrace it, believe it, walk in it.
