“Is not My word like a fire?” says the LORD, “And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? Jeremiah 23:29
As we look into another year, it’s always exciting to step into expectation and faith of what God is about to do before He does it! God always has a Word for His people, and it’s always a word of empowerment and impartation for victory and triumph.
THE FIRE
God is going to run through our lives in 2014 like a fire! And we need to be close to the fire! We need be unafraid of the fire and allow God’s fire to burn everything out that is not of God- let that fire burn out all the chaff. Burn out our way, and let God replace with His way. His way is higher than our way. As in 2014 it’s not by our might, not by our power, but by His Spirit. We need to not stray away from God encounters and stay hungry for the Holy Spirit and His touch, and burn for Him. In 2014 you will encounter God as never before as you SEEK Him and keep Him first in your life. Expect God encounters!
THE HAMMER
His Word, like a hammer in 2014 will break the rock or the strongholds, that have opposed and oppressed the promises of God in your life. He will break them into pieces and provision for you! A rock is one of the hardest materials on earth. What does it take to break a rock? It takes massive industrial equipment to break through rock in the earth. The things that have been hard as rock in your life, you will see smashed in pieces! The impossibilities will be reversed by the hammer of God, the supernatural industrial equipment of heaven. The rocks of opposition to the call, opposition to the promises of God are broken on THE ROCK, of Jesus Christ. Those hard hearts, that are hearts of stone where it seemed you would never see a change, you will see them turn to the Lord and they too will step into the fire and run with the fire of God.
Numbers 13:9 “only do not rebel against the Lord nor fear the people of the land, for they are our BREAD (provision), their protection as departed from them.”
The opposition that you face is your bread and the protection has departed from them! Don’t let them distract you! Don’t give your obstacles and strongholds any of your worship or attention, but worship the Lord thy God with all your heart and strength. Whatever we give our attention to, is what gets our worship. The enemy, the obstacle, the circumstance is not worthy of your praise and worship. The strongholds that have confined you and kept you at bay, and limited you are your provision. Do not be afraid of what is opposing you, but be of joy and a glad heart, for the hand and the hammer of the Lord will deliver you from those things and turn it around for His purpose and His good that will result in provision for you!
THE GLORY
When the spies that were sent into the promise land came back and reported:
Numbers 13:28 “Nevertheless the people who dwell in the land are strong and the cities are fortified and very large.”
Fortified means “inaccessible”. It doesn’t matter what has been strong or inaccessible in your life. There is a land for you to possess, and it may have been inaccessible to you, but that is never Gods plan. What has been inaccessible to you, is presence of the Lord now accessible. The Glory, the presence of God, makes what was inaccessible to us, accessible. The Glory contains everything we need. Every provision, deliverance, healing and miracle is in the presence of the Lord, the Glory. We must immerse ourselves in that presence, in His Glory, and allow ourselves to not only be touched, but CHANGED and TRANSFORMED by the Glory. The greatest miracle in 2014 will not be your opposition broken by the hammer of God into pieces, but will be YOU BEING CHANGED, AND TRANSFORMED into His image, from glory to glory. We will step into the revelation and understanding like never before what it means to be a son or daughter of God, and living and walking as bone of His bone and flesh of His flesh, living in His Glory.
What has confined you and said, “ you cannot access this or that”, “you cannot go there” , “you won’t achieve it” will not prosper and is no match for the Glory. The city in Numbers 13:28 was inaccessible due to the high walls that were put up. Those walls that have surrounded your life, that have kept you out of the things of God, walls of ungodly thoughts, walls of doubt and unbelief, walls of lack, walls of sickness and disease are coming down by the fire, by the hammer and glory of the Lord. What is saying its inaccessible in your life? Is it a terminal disease trying to tell you that you cannot access healing? Is lack telling you that you cannot access prosperity and abundance? Disappointment will tell you to “give up” on those things you have put your faith on, and tell you those things are inaccessible… but God is saying it is accessible! You will have supernatural access to the things of heaven and what has been made available to you through no other name, but the name of Jesus . We are not of those who are overtaken by the world or by the enemies’ strongholds, but we are of the stalk of God, who DO the overtaking:
For whoever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world – our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.” 1st John 5:4-5
It is the anointing that destroys the yoke or stronghold. We can conclude that if the anointing destroys the yoke, then the anointing is stronger than the yoke or stronger than the stronghold. We can then conclude if we are carriers of the anointing (which we are!) then that makes us the stronger! You can step into 2014 knowing that you are the stronger of anything that might come your way! No weapon formed against you shall prosper! (Is 54:17)
In 2014 you can expect those strongholds that have confined you, yoked you and kept you limited are broken by the fire, the hammer and the Glory of God. Consider them already in pieces. What may seem like a fortified wall now, begin to look at it in pieces and just step right over it and step into the miraculous of heaven!
We will see miracles like we have never seen before in 2014! What has been inaccessible to you, is now accessible! Glory to God!
